How many revisions are included?
Brand identity projects include two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond that are available at an hourly rate. We are clear about this upfront so there are no surprises.
What file formats will we receive?
You receive source files (AI, PSD or Figma) plus export-ready formats including SVG, PNG, PDF and JPG at the resolutions you need. You own everything we produce.
Do you do AI-generated designs or real design?
Both. For brand identity work we use traditional design processes because AI cannot do strategy. For high volume visual content we use AI tools to produce faster and at lower cost. We are transparent about which approach we are using and why.
