What is your turnaround time?
Standard edits are returned within 3 to 5 business days. Rush turnaround is available. For ongoing content clients we agree a weekly or fortnightly cycle that fits your publishing schedule.
What formats do you accept?
We accept all standard video formats including MP4, MOV, MXF and RAW files from major camera brands. If you are unsure whether your footage is compatible, just ask.
Can you edit long form and short form from the same footage?
Yes. We frequently cut a full length YouTube video and a set of short-form clips for social media from the same shoot. This is one of the most cost effective ways to get more content from one recording session.
